At PinkNews, we believe that great experiences are meant to be shared. That's why we're excited to promote our Grand in your hand scheme... designed to bring networks together, recommending great people and being rewarded for it.
How does it work?
You can refer a friend on TeamTailor, using the guide below. If your friend is successful in securing a role and passes their probation, you will receive £1,000 as a token of our appreciation.
So, why keep your great mate to yourself? Spread the word and get a grand in your hand!
How to make a referral
- Go to https://careers.thepinknews.com/
- Click career menu (top left)
- Click employee login (top right)
- Login (or set up your password - you will need to use One Login.)
- Select the job you want to refer someone to - hit the refer button and upload their details.
T&C's
The terms of the Grand in your Hand scheme are:
The payment is made upon successful completion of the new starters six month probation period.The referrer must still be working at PinkNews upon successful completion of the new starters probation period.
Once the above terms are met the PinkNews referrer receives a £1,000 bonus in the following months payroll. Bonus payments are subject to the usual HRMC deductions, so we've added more so that you will receive the full £1,000 as a bonus.
This referral programme is subject to change and at the discretion of the company.
