Accessibility at PinkNews
At PinkNews, we believe that accessibility isn’t just a box to tick - it’s a commitment to making sure everyone can fully participate, contribute, and thrive.
Our Approach
• People-first: We work with individuals to understand and meet their needs.
• Proactive, not reactive: We aim to anticipate barriers and remove them before they become problems.
• Continuous improvement: Accessibility is never “done.” We review our spaces, systems, and processes to make them better for everyone and encourage feedback from the team.

Our Commitment
We know accessibility isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we listen, learn, and adapt. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can succeed, contribute their talents, and feel valued for who they are.
Reasonable Adjustments in the Workplace
A reasonable adjustment is a change or adaptation to the workplace, role, or way we work that removes or reduces barriers, enabling an employee with a disability, health condition, or access needs to perform their job effectively.
